Coach Johnson will have a very busy summer. Tigers will lose at least 9 pitchers, three starting infielders, and 3 outfielders plus a DH and a very good catcher. Next year, we will need a program for the early part of the season to identify our guys

Both tommy and jones are history, your hitters did good against 2nd string pitchers, that was evident in the SEC tournament, but a good pitcher not even. A starter shut you down north carolina shut LSU down , the big hitters look uninterested in the game, cause they have a big major league baseball contract coming their way

Tommy tanks isn't coming back bro hate to break it to you!! He batted 300 plus through his career , with 50 r more rbis, and 20 plus homers each season!! Not to mention improved significantly defense wise this season. His draft stock doesn't get much higher!! I doubt jared jones comes back to either!! Lsu gonna have to reload!!

I know the lsu baseball world is Heartbroken. Helmers deserved that win but that’s baseball. Any mistake can be capitalized on and decide a game. I feel that checked swing should really have went the other way but again , that’s baseball. Thank you to every single person who helped make this an amazing season. See yall opening day !

I am an LSU fan. This was a high quality and very competitive regional series. Congratulations to the Tar heels. The Tigers will be losing their two starting pitchers in the off season but LSU will be back next year and try to make a better run at getting to Omaha.

Let me get this right. You win a National Title last year, turn your season around mid season after struggles. Clearly, you guys were a Top 8 seed if you were able to go by how you were playing at season's end (which you can't); and you have fans on hear saying any coaches should be fired after this performance. It gives me some solace to know that you have idiots posting crap just like we do on our boards. We were so fortunate to escape with a win tonight.
